Project context sheet
One page for one project: what it is for, what is moving, who is involved, what could grow from it, and what moves next.
One sheet for one project. A project is a context with an end in view: something you are building, delivering, organizing, or finishing. Fill in what applies and leave the rest blank. The sheet is a structure to return to.

What is moving?
Flow: movement within this project. What is in motion, what is stuck, and what keeps coming back.
| In motion | Stuck | Recurring |
|---|---|---|
Who is involved?
Tribe: relationship within this project. Everyone the project touches, including people who are not working on it.
| Person or group | Their part | What they need from you | What you need from them |
|---|---|---|---|
What could grow from this?
Prosper: growth and possibility within this project. This can be simple. Finishing well, keeping a promise, or having enough slack all count.
| What this should produce | What it should protect | What would be enough |
|---|---|---|
What has come to your attention?
Signal: what became observable. A missed date, a quiet channel, a question asked twice. Write it down before deciding what it means.
| Noticed | Where it came from | What it can and cannot tell you |
|---|---|---|
What moves next?
One move is enough. Asking, waiting, and protecting a boundary all count as moves.

A PLAIT should be stable enough to practice and alive enough to revise.
In the PLAIT Context System this sheet is a PLAIT of its own, with its notes, tasks, and events kept together. The download carries the sheet as app-aligned entries: two notes, a task, and a habit.
