The PLAIT Framework

ResourcesModel & reference

Flow. Tribe. Prosper.

The philosophy given structure. Three interdependent strands, Flow, Tribe, and Prosper, and one recurring dynamic that runs through all of them: Signal, Insight, Movement.

A PLAIT is an intentional context for what belongs together. The strands are lenses on that one context. They are not stages, tabs, or identities. Organization answers where something belongs. Context answers why it belongs there.

The recurring dynamic

Signal → Insight → Movement

Signalmakes a condition observable: a feeling, a missed deadline, a reaction, a silence.
Insightmakes it intelligible in context. The clearest grounded understanding available right now.
Movementchanges the condition, your relationship to it, or what happens next. Acting, asking, waiting, protecting, resting.

Movement produces new signal. The practice is recursive. The Framework is structured without pretending life is static. The dynamic, in full →

The strands braid. They support and constrain one another. Flow without sufficient capacity may become exhausting or fragile. Prosper without Tribe may become extractive, or blind to who carries cost. Tribe without Flow may generate conversation without movement or continuity. The strands braid because each can carry signal into the others and change what becomes possible across the whole. How the strands braid →
